Using Meshyay
By using our website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to place an order.
Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we cannot verify the payment — and we will refund anything already charged.
Prices & Payment
- Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change before an order is placed
- Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store your full card details
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — customs handling and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address given.
Returns
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Custom and made-to-order pieces, including designs generated in the AI Studio, cannot be returned once production has begun. Email us before sending anything back.
Product Images
We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, including 360° views where available. Screen colours vary, and handmade and natural materials carry small variations — these are characteristics of the piece, not defects.
AI Studio
Designs you generate in the AI Studio are for your personal use. Do not submit prompts or images that infringe someone else's rights or that are unlawful. We may decline to produce a design we consider infringing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
Acceptable Use
Please do not misuse the service — no scraping, reselling our content, interfering with the platform's operation, or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Our Content
The Meshyay name, logo, photography, product designs, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Liability
We provide the service as it is, and we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will note the effective date below. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
